As part of the Tourist Guiding Practices and Art History 1 courses taught in the Tourist Guiding Program of the Department of Travel, Tourism and Entertainment Services, a practical training trip was conducted to Burdur and Isparta provinces on Thursday, May 21st. The trip, led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hatice SARI GÖK and Lecturer Şenay DEMİR, included visits to the Güneykent Rose Gardens, Sagalassos Ancient City, İnsuyu Cave, Burdur Archaeology Museum, Isparta Ethnography (Carpet and Kilim) Museum, and the Isparta Kirazlıdere Glass Terrace. Our tour was guided by professional tourist guide Dr. Ercan TATLİ.
We thank our instructors and guide for organizing this trip, which once again highlighted the importance of practical training, and wish our students continued success.
