ATTENTION STUDENTS!
Applications for the single-course exam will be accepted between July 6 and July 8, 2026. Applications will be evaluated on July 9, 2026, and the single-course exams will be held between July 10 and July 12, 2026.
You can submit your single-course exam application by logging into the Student Information System, navigating to the "Single Course Application" link, and clicking the "SAVE" button next to the failed course displayed.
Students may apply only if they have a single failed course. Submitting the application via the system is sufficient.
For students eligible for graduation, the system verifies the requirement of having taken courses totaling at least 230 ECTS credits for undergraduate programs and at least 112 ECTS credits for associate degree programs (excluding internship courses). A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.0 is required to apply. Students who are unable to apply despite having taken all curriculum courses and meeting the aforementioned requirements may report the issue to their unit's student affairs office or call 0 246 214 6176 or 0 246 214 6180.
Applications should not be made for courses failed due to non-attendance (NA).
Students unable to apply through the system may fill out the Single Course Application Form and submit it to their unit's student affairs office.
